THE CHALLENGE

Burjside Boulevard from DAMAC is a spectacular hotel apartment tower at an outstanding location. The challenge was to get the investors’ attention in an area which has plenty of other developments as well.

THE IDEA

An aspirational brand campaign was created keeping in mind the high-net-worth buyers who form the core target audience. The ads portrayed an air of prestige, elegance and service excellence which we identified as the key pillars of our communication.
