Vishal is an advertising professional with 19 years of experience in multinational advertising agencies on global and regional brands. His strengths include team leadership, brand planning, relationship management, and multi brand/country exposure.
A management graduate, he was formerly Vice President at The Partnership Dubai, prior to that with Adinc Y&R Oman, and Indian offices of Rediffusion DY&R, Grey Worldwide & Concept Communication.

Newton has spent over 15 years in the advertising business across a mix of international and local agencies. He leads the client servicing team at Blue Apple, and is responsible for providing direction and maintaining all aspects of client-agency functions. He believes that in any job or role, a sense of ownership is paramount in making it a success.
A graduate in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Bombay (Mumbai), Newton also holds an MBA from the University of Wollongong. Prior to Blue Apple, he was the Associate Vice President at BPG Group with previous stints at The Partnership Dubai and Nebula Advertising. He has worked on a range of retail and financial brands like Rivoli, Omega, Longines, Rado, Tissot, Swatch, Dubai Shopping Festival, Dubai Shopping Malls Group, FGB, Swicorp and Kodak, to name a few.
Passionate about sport and football in particular, his interests include reading non-fiction books and watching movies. When he is not busy putting together a presentation, he can be found trying his hand at the piano or his DSLR camera.
Born in Lebanon from a Lebanese father and Turkish Lebanese mother, raised in Brazil, and married to a Dane. Add to that mix the fact that Piero have been working in the GCC for the last 12 years. With such a multi-cultural background and passion for ethnicities, Piero made it his mission to immerse in the fascinating local cultures and traditions.

Making the switch to the agency side in her move to Dubai, she worked with a global marketing agency, DigitasLBi, on high profile brands such as EMAAR, Johnson & Johnson, Johnson Baby, New York University of Abu Dhabi and Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC).
Over the years Robyn has developed an avid fascination for human behavior, the ever-evolving realm of digital and social media and all things tech.

Yousef is an inspiring creative person with 12 years of regional and international experience. Armed with a degree in Literature, he has given words & original concepts to brands such as L’oreal, Sony Ericsson, HP, Siemens, Kempinski, Rotana, Damas, Farfasha, McDonalds, Coca Cola, Nestlé, Liberty Auto, Suzuki Motors, Etisalat, RAK Bank, and more.
His bright persona and positive attitude have won him many friends here and at his previous agencies FP7, Arabian Gulf & Media House advertising.
When he has put down the pen after a long day at work, he sometimes picks up a brush to paint or a pick to strum some guitar.
Annalena is a highly experienced Account Director with expertise in branding, advertising, communication and marketing sector. Annalena started her career with Saatchi & Saatchi Germany. Being exposed to multinational agencies and working for the most renowned brands from Europe and MENA region, she has developed strong strategic/analytical and management skills. A result-oriented, pro-active team player, she has succeeded in leading key accounts such as Toyota, Jumeirah Group and Falcon & Associates within the MENA region.
Ravie is a communications professional with a wide experience spanning 20 years in the Asian markets.
Playing a key role in Saatchi & Saatchi X’s team in the region, he worked with the Global team of LG Electronics on a brand store redesign strategy and concept as well as lead managed Canon, Tiffany Foods, Arla/ Lurpak, Cadbury and Daigeo.
Ravie started his career with Grey Worldwide in India. He has handled a wide variety of clients in the areas of retail communication, merchandising, identity program design, exhibition design, road shows and promotions. He was General Manager at Mudra Communications India. Contributing to the launch and growth of brands such as Gujarat Ambuja Cement, Bridgestone, Silicon Graphics Computer systems (now SGI) and Hindustan Motors.
Ravie is an avid off-roader, outdoorsman and auto-enthusiast who is currently helping a fellow enthusiast build a custom sports car.
Alisa is a thorough PR professional with over 13 years of experience in UAE and wider region. With a stable mind set and an extensive experience across multi-national and regional brands, she brings in a perfect blend of hard-core PR operations and strategic perspective.
Her previous experience includes 8-year stint at Ekadaa PR, Dubai and before that 4-years at Madco Gulf, Dubai (also called Intermarkets) on a range of brands including Lufthansa, Cathay Pacific, German Tourism Board, Red Tag, Canon, Clinique, Doha Asian Games, MedCare Hospital, Allukas Jewellery and more.
